November King county home sales & inventory
King county homes for sale and King county homes sold. Comparitive numbers, months worth of inventory, from last year this time were almost half of present. King county home purchases have dropped of a bit over the year. We all know the reason behind this. We have a mortgage crisis and low confidence on the part of avaialble home buyers. Not to mention the mortgage situation has perhaps cut the availability of potential buyers in half. Simply put, the tightening of specific mortgage qualifying criteria is making harder for King county home sales
